The room size is what you would expect in Japan. We were here during winter, and the room felt a tad bit hot. Since it's winter, the aircon was not working. The window cannot be opened as well. We were out most of the day, so it isn't that big a deal. Save for that, the service, amenities, and location are perfect. Staff was helpful and easy to talk to during check-in. They have a fitness center and an onsen. Onsen is available in the morning and at night. The hotel is a shirt walk from a station.

The furniture in the comfort double room was very dusty. The TV control was terribly dirty! What happened? It was quite ok when I stayed in the renovated comfort twin in Oct 2025. However, my friend said there was a used contact len on the desk when they stayed in the old twin room last year. This hotel needs to improve their cleaning standard for the old rooms.

I loved how conveniently located this place is, with easy access to nearby convenience stores and only a 10–15 minute walk to the main shopping area. There are three great options for breakfast, and the quality of the breakfast is truly top-tier. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Great stay! The location is good, and the facilities are impressive. They have everything you need: a relaxing hot spring, a gym, a co-working space, and even Thai massage. The breakfast was excellent and well worth it. Note that if you are driving, you will need to pay for parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the amenities alone.

I stayed at Hotel Mystays Premier Sapporo last week. Overall, the location is great, but there are a few things that could be improved. The room itself was quite small, the windows couldn't be opened, so it felt a bit warm inside, and the lighting in the room was a little dim. However, the hotel has a very convenient location - it's very close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and there are both 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby. The hotel also offers three different restaurants, so guests have several dining options to choose from.
