Excellent customer service. Staff assisted us in figuring out how to ship luggage back to home country. Also allowed luggage storage before check in and after check out. Onsen was excellent

Few hotel in Sapporo with hot spring… room very large like 30sq ft and with breakfast included in got good price by booking.com… the hotel is in the Susukino area that plenty of food and drinking place… Donki is at less than 10 minutes walk from hotel…

A very modern hotel, with an onsen, restaurant and beer garden. The rooms are very spacious and clean, there are amenities provided and the food was very luxurious. I'd definitely stay here again, and recommend this place to travellers looking for a comfortable luxury place to stay!

Used their public Onsen only not the rooms. Absolutely fantastic experience, with a visit when in sapporo Prices range from 1210 yen onwards. Depends on the outside temperature. We visited twice at 1210 yen and then the fat before yesterday, apparently the day temperature dropped below 30 C abd so the price went up to 1720 yen per visit. Still totally worth it You get the stay as long as you want, you get a set of 2 towels and a kimono, lotions, razors, lockers etc

Large and modern hotel. Comfortable rooms. Centrally located - walking distance to shopping, restaurants and subway. English spoken at front desk but not throughout property. Large onsen ♨ (hot spring/bathing facility) on property. Ask for directions on how to use onsen if unfamiliar. Great Japanese breakfast buffet.
