I'm sorry, but the service was very low on the english, especially for the breakfast arrangement. For a hotel of a chain next to a train station is a bit harsh. Thankfully we were saved on the departure by a girl for luggage delivery.

Visited the hotel for two days after Christmas. Asked reception manager Phyu to help book a famous local restaurant. She was very patient and made sure our booking went through, with specific menu options selected. We visited the restaurant and had our table without any issues. Very impressed with Phyu, she should get a medal!

​Whenever I travel across Japan, Dormy Inn is always my top choice for accommodation. It's more than just a hotel; it's a guaranteed delightful experience! ​The service is consistently fantastic, with incredibly dedicated staff always on hand to ensure your every need is met. ​Onsen Bliss & Perks ​The highlight for me is undoubtedly their natural hot spring (onsen). I absolutely adore the indoor/outdoor options! They even provide all the essential toiletries, so there's no need to bring these from your room. This particular branch also featured a cold plunge which, I must say, was a perfect contrast and an instant favorite! ​They truly know how to treat their guests: ​🍜 Free Ramen: Served nightly from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM—the perfect late-night snack. ​🍦 Free Popsicles & Drinks: Complimentary popsicles and probiotics drinks are offered throughout the day as a wonderful post-onsen pick-me-up. ​Logistics & Comfort ​Good to know: self check-in and check-out is now available, which helps ease the queue process. ​Parking: Automated on-site parking is available for 1,500 yen per night. ​Room Comfort: The room came with the traditional low pillow, but don't worry—you can easily request extra pillows at no additional charge.

Cannot beat this location, next to the station. Room is sizable and not cramped. However, i used the lint roller and there was so much hair. Shown on the photo was my sixth sheet. Been to so many hotels and none have much issues. Use a lint roller folks to avoid sleeping with other people’s hair. Otherwise really nice hotel. They have free ramen in the evening. They also have a nice onsen facility.

We stayed at Dormy Inn Kanazawa Hotel. It was $250 for 2 adults for two nights. It includes buffet breakfast, public onsen baths, free washer, dryer (need coin), & free snack and alcohol. There's even a manga reading room for you to relax after taking a bath. The food was overall better than expected so that makes me want to go back! I especially love their freshly cooked local specialty omurice during breakfast. I really enjoy having free ice cream and snacks after taking a bath late at night too, that was my favorite part of staying there. We even got free soba as night time snack. Their baths and sauna was good enough but not too memorable for me since I have been to traditional ryokan with better onsen so I can't remember much about the baths, but I still enjoyed it. It's hard to find real onsen inside city area anyway so this was better than nothing. I really appreciate that Dormy Inn offered onsens! The onsen was clean and definitely helped rejuvenated my energy from the long travel. The room was roomy enough for luggages to be layed out unlike the small room at APA Hotel at Tokyo. The double bed was comfy enough and fits two adult, pillow was OK, the room and bathroom did smelled a bit but not as bad as when I was staying at Okuninu Onsen Kaniyu so it was tolerable. I find it funny yet innovative they placed an emergency water jug next to the toilet in bathroom. There's even emergency supplies and potty corner inside the elevator in case you get stuck! This was definitely a great hotel chain to stay at in Japan. I'm so glad I was able to find this kind of hotel with onsen! Not many offers that! Everything was clean and overall stay was very comfortable. I definitely would stay at another Dormy Inn again for when I'm in the city!
