Very nice hotel that's ina nice quiet pocket an easy walk to all the fun in Susukino. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly even for non Japanese speakers. Rooms are nice and the beds comfy. The breakfast is a good spread with a mix of western and Japanese foods. The late night ramen is a perfect little bowl to fill up before bedtime. The real jem of this hotel is their public bath. Very nicely appointed with a hot and cold bath and a stellar sauna. There is an outside cold room for the sauna as well. Quite impressed with this little jem of a hotel!

We had a great stay at this hotel. We stayed for a week and used it as a home base while skiing. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The room was updated and comfortable. The attached onsen and sauna were the perfect way to end an evening. There is limited parking but it is advertised. You can pay to park at the hotel for a very reasonable rate. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent stays at Dansetsu. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Close to station and susukino shops. Family mart and 7 eleven just 2 mins walk. Beds are comfortable. Complimentary ramen snacks in the evening and there is a public bath facility. The location is very quiet.

Special perk of this hotel is that there’s late night ramen at 9pm. However, I accidentally spilled a bowl of ramen. I wa trying hard to clean the table and floor with cloth. I’m pretty sure two staffs walked past and saw that we are trying to clean the table and no one helped us. I had high expectation on this hotel before booking at trip.com and I’m super disappointed on the service and hospitality of this hotel.

This is my 2nd stay. I am staying here for 7 nights and even plan to stay here next February. Today,I am too mad with your manager and staff. It is heavy snowfall and we can't go out so we just bought frozen rice for my kids. I want to borrow a plate to reheat rice. They said they can't borrow plate that can break so they give us a very small paper plate . Do U think it can reheat rice for 2 kids? I have begged them and they said no. Where is your huminity? It's freezing cold and so heavy snowfall. Where do U expect me to find a plate meanwhile a big hotel didn't want to borrow?your manager didn't have empathy at all. I will stay here for few nights ahead. Suddenly I felt that your staff didn't have heart at all.
