The staff for the ladies on 2nd floor was so rude! She shouted at me because I didn't understand and was trying to ask where to put my yukata etc. The whole onsen was great, but her rude service ruined it If you want to open up your onsen to foreigners, please be expected that we won't understand all instructions and may be a bit lost, when I try to ask something don't shout at us?🙄🫩

Very old fashioned. Didnt let me in cause I have a small tattoo which was even covered. The stuff was friendly. But as I said, exclduding foreigners with Cover Up Tattoos is Not cool.

In summer time, August2025. Good price and visitor friendly. No tattoo permitted. Great place to relax nearby Susukino shopping area.

Super large and fancy onsen with 5 baths and 2 saunas. Not too crowded even when busy. Well worth the price. Small towel, large towel, yukata, soap all included. Will be coming here many times!

It’s inside the hotel at Level 3. Restaurant is level 4 but not to worry, it’s all connected by staircase internally. It’s not cheap, 2800¥ per adult but it’s a huge spa. They provide you with yukata and has an extensive food menu after your bath. Inside there’s 1 hot pool, 1 jacuzzi and 1 outdoor bath which is the most popular. Parking is the automated parking system just before the hotel. If you are driving, make sure it’s a small car. Big cars won’t be accepted as they don’t fit. Good for family or groups of 4 and above as they have big space.
