5件No Tattoos. Otherwise I would give five stars. Water is wonderful, plenty of pools as others have noted. Denki buro is a nicely designed one with arm rests to lower yourself down. Too painful for my liking. Otherwise, this is one of my favourite onsen on Shikoku, way more enjoyable than paying timed entry fee at Dogo Onsen, especially as staying at hotel next door gave me access to onsen. Was very busy on a Sunday evening. Highly recommend staying at Takanoko Hotel while on pilgrimage and enjoying this onsen. Can end here after a pleasant day walking from T46 with T49 nearly across street. Next day a pleasant stroll to T51.
After a day of walking from the snowy mountains, this hot spring came like a blessing. I enjoyed the water jet massage.

I stayed at the hotel and this is a review for that. Nice rooms, bigger than usual in Japan and nicer fitout inside but same price as most chains. Nice facilities and the hot spring is included for guests. Decoration in hotel has many rare motorcycles, if you are a rider stay here.
All good. A bit busy, but good value & several pools. Wish the onsen were mixed, men +women 😐
