I very much enjoyed the onsen, the ice cream and late night ramen. The rooms itself are tiny and appear rundown. I had very poor quality of sleep.

Pillow was very bad, it was like 2 inches thick and wrong hard. Bed was hard as well. They did not do room service all 3 days. The onsen is really good tho

If you’re heading to a destination with a Dormy Inn, it’s always my top pick—and the Sendai Annex is no exception! The prices are incredibly affordable, the rooms are spacious enough for comfort, and the onsen (hot springs) is a relaxing highlight after a day out. They even offer free late-night ramen, ice cream, and self-service laundry machines, which is a game-changer for travelers. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a short walk from the station and nearby malls. For this price point, I honestly can’t find anything better—highly recommend!

This is a Dormy Inn located in the heart of Sendai. There is another Dormy Inn nearby, so be careful not to confuse it with the other one. It is located inside what looks like an office building, with the reception on the third floor. There is also a restaurant and large public bath on the lobby floor. There is also a coffee machine available as a welcome drink. The large public bath has an indoor bath as well as an open-air bath. As it is a Dormy Inn, they offer free late-night ramen in the evening and free ice cream after you've bathed (Yakult in the morning). Room tour movie can be seen on YouTube. Search by hakurepo(泊レポ) or hotel’s name.

Residuals of dead insects on the bed sheets. Personnel knew about this issue also reported in other reviews and did nothing about it. Got woken up by bites of insects (probably bed bugs). I will file a complaint with the company as they fail to provide adequate level of service. Terrible experience. I recommend that you choose another hotel for your stay.
