the outdoor baths are great and very effective. my skin felt very smooth after bathing. the carbonated black outdoor bath was a little crowded, since it was carbonated, the water easily becomes full of dead-skin cells. it was dirty at the time that i was there. one more downside (for me), as a onsen otaku i'd always love to soak up slowly while i watch tv. there are NO TV indoor nor outdoor, but there is one inside the sauna. when there is no tv to look at, people tend to look at other people bathing. GREAT POINT/S: -makes your skin feels smooth after bathing BAD POINTS: -crowded -NO TV -the carbonated black outdoor bath is small , crowded and can be dirty

Real kuro water from deep 1500m , service very nice and facility in good location . We love this onsen. Many different onsen in Yokohama areas but this one is the best in all. Close time is 2am and still busy with people

If you are looking for a very comfortable Onsen and relaxation visit this place! One thing I loved about this place, they accept credit cards payments which is very rare in some residential areas.

Liked the variety of open-air hot tubs available.

Very bad service, never come again to this place!!! By far the worst Onsen experience in Japan. If you are a foreigner in this place they don't want any foreigners, nobody speaks English and also if you have any tattoos they will be getting off very quickly. "Tattoo restriction is for Japanese cultural reject of Yakuza, but I'm really sure if a real Yakuza person goes inside of this place they don't did nothing for fear of him, but if you are a foreigner they will be get off like a kick in your back". Also the place is full of old grandfathers and grandmothers invading all.
