BIZCOURT CABINすすきの（ビズコートキャビンすすきの）

This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, I wasn't really sure what I got myself into, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff here are excellent and very helpful. I would recommend this this to anyone wanting a hassle free stay in Susukino. The facilities are top notch and they provide just about everything you would need. The sauna was my favorite part. The only thing that took getting use to was having to wait till 4 pm each day to use my room but considering they have so many units to clean it makes sense. While you wait they have a great lounge to make use of and a great supply of free Manga to read. Overall this was a great stay and would definitely stay again, thank you very much to the team at Bizcourt Cabin Susukino.

I checked out early. You’re only able to access your bed, personal items, bathroom, laundry and showers between 0500-1000 and 1600-2300. They are strict about it too, everything is locked up. One of the strangest places I’ve stayed at. The shade to my bed was also broken and the beds were rock hard. No thank you

Neat and clean place. Everything is running smoothly and the staff is friendly. There is free use of cleaning and hygiene products and free coffee in the lobby. Large and spacious sauna Please note - between 10am and 4pm you must leave the complex. That's a long time. The mattresses are also very hard.

A well organised place to stay for a night or two. There are various shapes and sizes. The mattress is a little thin and it's just long enough for me at 6'4". There is a general hustle and bustle in the early hours as people pack and leave. I found it too warm inside, but could open the shutter to let the cooler air in. Maybe I could have shut the vent off if that's where the warmer air came from.
