Stayed in This capsule hotel 3 nights, the temperature in the capsules were way too hot, when I told the staff they showed me it was 25°c and the air-conditioning was broken, so no air was blowing into the room, so they told me to open the big window in the room but of course now it's louder because of the street noise and some people kept closing it, so I was forced to sleep practically naked, There's no kitchen it was out of service and just a microwave and hot water The beds were quite hard so I asked if I could get another one to go on top they did which was really nice, they give you pj's, towels, body wash and shampoo to use for your stay

Separated sleep pod for men and women. Alaram near the bed Towel set bag, lounge wear, locker system. Disliked · Nothing is dislike. if possible can add more some additional toilet and there is another one a when cleaning time we are waiting on lounge area that waiting duration is too long.

Great location and friendly staff. I’ve stayed in multiple capsules before but this one was really uncomfortable. I’d request two comforters and try to sleep on top of that if you had to stay here. It felt like I was sleeping directly on the floor. Exhausted today but hey I got what I paid for 😵‍💫

So, there is a fair amount of good with this hostel. Bottom line, it’s clean and safe (maybe). I stayed here for two nights. They have a strict no check in before 3pm. They advertise clean bedding everyday but my sheets were not changed. I know bc there was a stain on them that has remained throughout my stay. When trying to communicate to the front desk about my stained sheets, due to the language barrier and some strange policy (I’m assuming) my sheets could not be changed. The laundry machine is a washer dryer combo that does not work very well. When dealing with my laundry for 4 hrs, I noticed a man in the locker room, seemingly looking for his locker. I have no idea how he got in, I wouldn’t be surprised if the key chips they give to us work on every door to buzz in. As he had a male key and was able to get into the female locker room. Secure? Two stars.

The good part about this place is that it is very clean, affordable, and in a great location. The capsules are decently comfortable and roomy. There were no major issues during my stay but they do have a weird policy where everyone has to leave between 10am and 2pm which can be a little inconvenient. There are curtains for your capsule but they keep the main lights on 24/7. If they just dimmed the lights a little at night it would be a big improvement. Also a lot of signs about what you are not allowed to do but I’m sure a lot of that has come from stupid people
