Nice comfortable rooms, and a short walk to the railway station. The onsen on the top floor is very relaxing, one large hot mineral bath inside, and one open air bath, both with views of the city below.

Not so far from Hiroshima station, friendly staff, check in only after 15:00 h and check out up to 10:00 am. Room was clear and odourless. New toilet, good toiletries, good air conditioning, also an extra air purifier humidifier, good view from room 601, silent, good matress and pillows. Large LCD TV, free WiFi. Breakfast was a bento box plus a bottle of green tea. The highest point is the hot springs on the top floor, sauna and hot water

Very small room, asked for a 3 person room but with two SINGLE beds… filled with snell of smoke when we asked for a non smoking room, PLUS, the woman hot spring is very very small, almost as small as only one room. There are only two makeup places where you can dry your hair and only 3 places to shower. The hot spring tub is also very small, don’t trust the pictures. It is only a small square which can only fit around 4 people per time. However the most unbelievable thing is the men’s hot spring is large. They have up to 6-7 makeup places for skin care etc, and have 10 places to shower. If this isn’t gender inequality idk what it is. The most they could do is change the sign outside every day to satisfy both sides where men and women can all enjoy the big hot spring.

Onsen is great after a big day of travel. Room was small and smelt like smoke and they disposed of a large bag i had there with expensive colognes and all toiletries without consideration. When we asked the front reception that had no concern for it and just said it was disposed of by the cleaners. Why would you dispose of someone’s bag with valuable belongings in it! Disappointing experience with staff.
