【本館】ピンポンホテル広島

I don’t know why people rated this so bad it’s a great hotel 🏨 for the price everything is there and works! Rooms are small but functional with fridge and microwave! Good for a short trip stay in Hiroshima!

This is a great hotel or (couples resort) with extra amenities targeted at couples. There are five large spas on the roof. Free ice creams and coffee are also provided. The room and Smart TV were very clean and modern. We received 75% off booking as it was during summer offpeak season.

Location off the charts. Small rooms, but we weren't in them because of the nightlife and shopping district. No need to be in a room when there is so much going on right outside your door. 4 stars on the size. But clean and amazing location.

The blinds were broken, but at least closed, air conditioner wasn't working, which made the loft very uncomfortable and not addressed the two times we asked. Although we booked the room for three people and were given 3 towels, we could only get 2 bottles of water per day! There's no hanging space, no place for luggage or to manage clothing easily, the microwave and fridge are under the bed - also inaccessible unless you're on hands and knees. Location was pretty good, but not worth it. Stay elsewhere in Hiroshima.

Do NOT stay here if you're vacationing. This branch is on a particular street where there's mostly hosts bars and suspicious activities if you know what I mean. The problem is not the atmosphere perse but we booked a non smokers room and they didn't have availability so the room smelled AWFUL. The hallway stank as well. Sorry to be blunt but it's the truth. We asked for a room change and they only had available the smallest room ever with no space for moving around the room. We accepted since it was very late at night but the AC wasn't working properly since there was a wall interfering, the lights were flickering, and given the context, we just didn't feel comfortable to stay anymore so we left. The staff did what they could to acomodate us, it's just the fact that the hotel perse didn't look very family friendly or clean (there were hairs in the blow dryers). I know there are a few more branches around Hiroshima, but this one in particular is a huge no. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the inconvenience.
