I got what I expected. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. English not the strongest, yet sufficiently enough to get basics. It's good to mention that the facility is not the newest. The sento is big, with rooftop area, massage facility included. Be noted that rust is present and some stain residue is present on tubs. I believe some people can be affected by this. I enjoyed the resting area and had a good rest. I recommend this place if you are not after fancy experience.

Sauna was hot and relaxing and washing places had a lot of room. At first there was a lot of snoring during the night, but it went away. Very quiet after that

A great capsule hotel with wonderful facilities. It has everything you want in a spa from a sauna, steam room, many hot and cold jacuzzi’s, cold dips, many showers and has a outdoor roof top floor with hot springs and relaxing areas. A great reclining room with comfortable chairs and a good restaurant with beer and food. Wonderful staff and a good location. I would visit here again if I return to this area. Great place.

Stayed for one night. Staff was incredibly friendly even though there was a language barrier. Check in was painless, the capsule was comfortable enough. The spa is definitely a nice feature, it's pleasant to have a bath and a soak after waking up. It was quite cheap to stay as well, couldn't have spent over USD$30 for the night.

The location is really good for tourists because this hotel is located in the center of the downtown. You can arrive there soon after getting of the city train. And the charge is much cheaper than normal hotel(=which has beds). Actually it was the first time for me to stay in Kapsel 💊hotel. The experience to write some reports in the kapsel became unforgettable. Note: the hotel is for only guys.
