The old lady staff kicked me and my newborn baby out at the onsen. I understand you can’t enter in Japan hot spring with a tattoo but the lady could’ve approach better. I didn’t like how she was rushing me to leave the onsen right away. I told her to give me a min to dress up my son but he forced me and said I have to leave immediately. immediately!! What the actual hell!? Another thing i realized that she could’ve let me stay at the cafe area. I asked her to let me stay a couple more hours at the cafe area and she said no. I was like why!? The onsen and cafe facility was separated yet she decided to be racist and totally kick us off from the whole facility. Unbelievable!!! I didn’t even get a chance to wipe my baby nicely because she was rushing me. I felt harassed. It’s freaking obvious she’s being racist towards me because i am GAIJIN. She could’ve been a little nicer to see that I have a newborn baby with me and consider to let us stay at least a few more hours on the cafe area where people can’t see my tattoo. It’s ridiculous to think that the place is called ONSEN & CAFE!! capital “CAFE” a place where people can freaking relax!!! She could’ve let me stay at the cafe!! Yet she decided to be racist and kick us out! Unbelievable!!! And then I had to pay the actual amount when I didn’t even enjoy not even a bit of the place!! Racist mfo!!!

Great and quiet atmosphere. Foods are good quality and tasty.

A very nice place to spend some quality time with your friends or s/o. It's not far from the bus station, but I guess you'd need some gmaps magic to get there, if you're an orientationless person like me. There's all sorts of entertainment like a Manga area, Macs, TVs, Massage chairs.. The onsen is clean and has different baths as well as a sauna. In the womens area is also a place where you can use a special clay like face pack. Since we arrived pretty late, so can't say anything about the food but it looked good from the menu. Kinda pricey tho, as you'd expect from a place like this. I felt like there could've been more blankets and cushions laying around to use and maybe some opportunity for a midnight snack, but that's really nothing that would explain a 4 star rating so I'll give this place a 5/5.

It's been newly remodeling and is is quite handsomely styled and well appointed. I stayed about four hours - so relaxing, but I think I could have spent the whole day.
