Erica Fox, The manager of the spa was lovely to deal with and provided a great experience.

I scheduled a pedicure based on the quality of the spa from reviews and appearance, but was greatly dissatisfied. Photos on the website show several images of a serene spa nail salon experience. The reality is that you are led to a closet sized space with no atmosphere. When my “treatment” was finished, I was led out of the closet expecting to be brought to a seating area to let my nails dry, but no, they expected me to walk out (into the hotel lobby) with the foam sandals. I asked for a space to sit while they dried and was told I could wait in one of the two hard chairs next to the reception desk. Overall, if you’re looking for a relaxing mani/pedi experience, you won’t find it here.

Excellent amenities. A massage chair that was the best I’ve ever used. Wonderful onsen and steam room on site. Will be back.

This review is for the massage received at the spa. Such a peaceful, relaxing, and tension-reducing massage!! I would go every day if I could. It was so worth it!
