The location was really nice. I enjoyed the night view from the roof, but the windows were so dirty! What a waste! The area where the relaxation room is smelled like old cooking oil. The juice bar's smoothie was a joke! Most of the smoothie was ice! I have never seen ice cubes in a smoothie like this. The onsen was nothing special and overpriced for what you get: 2 warm baths, a lying down bath, 1 carbonated bath and a cool bath. There was no view of the city from the onsen even though you're high up. Talk about a missed opportunity. There were also 3 saunas, but for this price I expect much more.

Probably the most fancy onsen in Kobe. The hot bedrock area is for men and women together, and a way for couples to meet during the stay. However, the bedrock was kind of comical - more a gimick than really different from a regular sauna. The restaurant has prizy but good food.

This onsen provides everything so you can just show up and enjoy their facilities. Located right beside the Kobe station, makes this onsen super easy to get to. This onsen has many floors and you can stay overnight in one of their rooms if you wanted to. Every floor offers different things. For example there's a floor for gaming and Manga reading, there's a floor for food (which they offer a complimentary but very delicious matcha), there's a floor for foot bath, etc. Unfortunately, they only offer 2 private onsen rooms, which you may book for additional, but was fully booked. So if you know when you would like it, I advise you to prebook it as it seems very popular. I wish I had more time and could have stayed longer. If I was a local, and didn't want to leave the city, I would definitely be visiting frequently! Recommend for those that don't have tattoos!

Very close to Kobe JR station. Facilities were amazing, lots to do for the price. I did not get a room, I did a day trip and there are lots of amenities available to day users. Highly recommend getting a Thai stretch massage (more like physiotherapy than a massage). Only thing that would have made my experience better would be if they had English translations for their signs as it was a bit difficult for me as someone who cannot read or speak Japanese (you are not able to access your phone in many of the areas so cannot use translation apps). The staff however were very friendly and helped me navigate the facility.
