Great location and great rooms. The baths are also great. The location is really good.

Location is great especially with Onsen indoor n free ramen offering.

We've been in other Dormy Inns before but this one was a bit weaker compared to the others (makes sense I guess, since it's the Annex). The onsen was ok, but men had more options than women, and there was no room to relax in after the onsen where you can just chill and read mangas etc. Also, the men's onsen was right next to the reception on the first floor, where people were always coming and going. The location is amazing, right inside the biggest shopping street, but our room was still very quiet at night, from outside noise; but every night inside our room there was always either several outlets and/or one of the windows making an annoying rhythmic buzzing sound, it was difficult to fall asleep.

The location is the best thing about this place. Being the annex the rooms are smaller and you do have to cross a busy pedestrian mall to get to the main building. But price is more affordable and reasonable as long as you know what to expect.

The Onsen explicitly states not tattoos allowed. This information was not provided at check in and is only in one area at the bottom of a page on the website. I only saw this information once in the onsen, posted on the door between the dressing room and onsen. That being said, I went in anyway as I was already naked. No towels are provided in the onsen, you must provide your own from the room. Breakfast line was crazy long at 7am. Breakfast was mediocre.
