It looks really nice and the stuff was friendly but the walls are too thin, we could here what everyone in the rooms around us was saying and watching on TV. The biggest problem however was the sound of air-conditioning pipes directly on over the bed, even after shuting off the aircon it still made a lound and annoying noise the whole night which kept us from sleeping properly! Would not book again!

Not recommended at all. The nearest station is a convenient but rather dangerous one. In the hotel, the service is no good. I needed an extra pillow but was rudely refused. It was a Sunday so no idea why there can be no extra pillow. Especially the original one is very low and small. The usually free skin care set in budget hotel is also charged here. And the room has no window so very depressing environment. I couldn’t find the tablet supposed to be there either. The only good point is the bathroom. Trust me in Yokohama you can find a lot hotels way more better.

The so-called King Size Bed was nothing more than two double beds shoved together with a massive gap down the middle that you could fall into. When I complained and demanded a different room, they moved me to another disaster - this time a "double bed" that was actually just two singles pushed together, again with that ridiculous canyon between them. The rooms are claustrophobically tiny, reek of cheap desperation. The furniture is rickety, the walls are paper-thin, and the whole place screams budget motel pretending to be a real hotel. I've stayed in hostels with more dignity than this dump. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I have absolutely no idea how this hotel has an 8.4 rating. What I experienced was without a doubt the worst hotel ever.

Great location. Rooms are small but clean with a nice bathroom. The mattress is extremely firm. My internet connection in the room was beyond slow. Made it difficult to plan activities for the next day.

Rooms were a lot darker than expected from the photos - yes, it's completely black inside. Doesn't help that there are no windows inside the rooms, which made it visually even smaller than it already was and at least for us more uncomfortable, so we didn't stay inside any longer than necessary. Room and bathroom were clean and very modern in a japanese way. We choose the japanese breakfast which turned out as the exact same thing every day, partially frozen. Nothing special, but overall nutritious. The location of the hotel in Bashamichi, next to the overwhelming Minatomirai as well as Chinatown might be its biggest bonus
