ドーミーイン広島ANNEX

I love Dormy Inns! This Dormy is about 10-15 minutes walking from the main Hiroshima attractions. So the location could be better. The room was the largest of the Dormy Inn rooms I have stayed in. The onsen was busy but never felt too crowded. There was only one small chair to sit in outside.

Stayed with friend one night, the room had strong smoking, even open the window but smells Was terrible 😞 But the hot spring and breakfast is really fantastic

Dormy Inn hotels are definitely my favourite in Japan. Room sizes can vary from hotel to hotel, but they tend to be quite spacious for Japanese standards. Cleanliness is definitely something they have as a priority, you don't see a speck of dust anywhere. Onsite onsen is the highlight of any Dormy Inn and this one was pretty good! The sauna was quite spacious as well for an hotel one. And can't forget the freebies, like the ice cream and noodles in the evenings, that just sweetens the deal 😋

We had an incredible hotel stay here. They offer free ramen made by a chef from 9.30pm, free ice creams & yakult in the morning. Rooms are very clean, good aircon, staff are friendly and helpful, it was a very pleasant stay overall. Theres a bus stop 2 mins away from the hotel that can take you into the centre/ station, bur also only 20ish min walk to areas like the peace memorial park. Highly recommend and will be looking at staying in Dormy inn next time.

I didn't think this place was going to be that great; based on the pictures it seemed older/budget. But I was very pleasantly surprised! The room was very spacious, especially by Japanese hotel standards, and felt clean and modern. It's in a good location, only a 20ish minute walk from the peace memorial and the ferry to miyajima and close to some konbini and plenty of restaurants. The onsen was also pretty nice, with a hot bath, cold bath, sauna, and outdoorish bath. Highly recommend staying here.
