Very bad service from staff from kids swimming…there website was not responding during cancellation and cannot accepting the cancellation on calls

[Important] No Tattoos allowed! It's a shame that in 2025 a tattooed person is denied entry in a cosmopolitan city. I ask the Jexer gym to reconsider their policy.

Recommended. Great facilities with every type of machine, rack and even classes, plus showers and plenty of locker space. I trained here 4 times in the weeks I visited and would definitely visit again!

Since it has been renovated, the facility is very clean and also the staff here are friendly. I'm a beginner so I don't know much about the machines, but they are from Techno Gym and I think they’re pretty cool. You can change language to English which helps me a lot and what surprises me is that you can watch Netflix and TV while you’re running. Lessons at JEXER are, of course, in Japanese only, but if you watch the instructor carefully, you should be fine even if you don't speak Japanese. The spa area is just great. I think it's the best gym around Kawasaki station.

The gym area , spa area and swimming pool are awesome! Gym area has all high tech equipments. Spa area is very wide and is maintained very nicely. The staff here is also very helpful. Feels good to use this facility. The only issue is that whole building is closed on Friday for maintenance & it feels inconvenient.
