5件There's nothing wrong with this classic sento. It's cheap, there's a decent amount of bath space and the facilities are well maintained and clean. They have a cold bath and hot baths which are all jacuzzi style with bubbles and jets and the like. The cold bath is only big enough for one person though so you've got to jump in there if you get a chance. Don't forget you have to pay extra for the sauna. I didn't realise and once you are in the baths it's a bit complicated to go back and pay for it. The one thing thats a bit of a letdown is there's not really anywhere to sit. Like there's changing benches but no chairs and no outside areas to just chill out and drip dry. Still a good spot if your in the area and need a bath.
A great local public bath super close to the station. They have some soap and shampoo, but it's best if you bring your own set of bath amenities (towel, soap, shampoo, etc.). Closed on days that end in 6 (6, 16, 26).
Relaxing, low-key Onsen located only a 5-10 minute stroll from Kawasaki Station. Foreigner and Tattoo-friendly (for a gaijin like me anyways!) and pleasant visit! When entering bring coins and cash, pay for your entry (¥500), Towel (if needed, ¥200) and Sauna (¥200 iirc.) which they will give you a seperate key for. Take your time enjoying bathing in the various pools - Some with jets, hotter/cooler temp's etc. Then have a drink after as you cool off and chill in the lounge area. Their Milk and cold drinks were good!
Cheap but small public bath/onsen. Not super clean and the water was very hot. Normally I like it hot but it was too hot for my wife. Also fixed shower heads made cleaning harder. The price is probably the best thing about it sadly.
pretty near JR Kawasaki station. There are four kinds of bath, including a cold bath. soap and shampoo is provided in the bath, and towels are available for rent from the reception. There is also a sauna but it seems that you need to pay extra for using it. In the reception area is a television and some sofa chairs to sit in while drinking milk.
