I can't even give 1 star in this hotspring because of the staff! worst! I have a small tattoo only in the hand I thought it was ok, it imposible she didn't see my tattoo on my hand because I was using this hand when handling the shoe key. she let me in. and I was already inside, I was about to take a shower then a staff that was cleaning approached me that no tattoo is allowed. I can only take a shower after that I need to leave. then I went to the counter to ask the staff if I will still pay ¥800 even I didn't even got the chance to go in hot spring. they said yes I will pay in full becauce it was my fault, there is a sign outside, well yes there is but I didn't notice it. I am a foreigner so ofcourse I cannot read, I thought small tattoo was ok. because my tattoo was only a small name. the staff at the counter is very rude the way she speak is rude! she said it was my fault I didn't see the sign, she also have fault because they should ask every customer if they have a tattoo! it's imposible she didn't saw my tattoo! maybe she let me in ever if she noticed my tattoo to pay for ¥800! worst! カウンターのスタッフは非常に失礼で、話し方も失礼です！

2025-10-23 This is a very nice and clean onsen. Location is very close to the Yaizu train station. Although there's no outdoor bath, it's worth a visit. In addition to a regular bath, it also has a sauna, powerful jacuzzi and a fine bubble bath. I love cooling off at the end in the soothing lower-temperature fine bubble bath. 1-hr use for 800 yen, bring your own towel, or pay more for towel rental.

Highly recommended place to hang out on rainy days. Aside from onsen, this place also offer place for relaxation if you dont want to get into onsen. There is a food place inside! 💯

No rotenburo (outdoor bath) but the indoor spa is large enough to pass the time. Free massage chair and large diverse relaxing area. Great zarusoba at the restaurant. For parking, need to get ticket from the meter and pass to the counter.

Would recommend. The only downside is the coffee in the cafe is from a coffee machine in a paper cup. But even though I try to drink only good coffee, I'd still go back there. The baths and the relax space are very nice for being situated so conveniently close to the station. I didn't see much evidence of English translations for anything but I also didn't look very hard. The staff were plenty helpful in Japanese and looked ready to intervene if I couldn't read things.
