Topos Sendai Station West Exit is a wonderful spot to unwind after a long day of travel or sightseeing. Despite being so close to the station, it feels peaceful and private inside. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with both indoor and outdoor baths that use artificial hot spring water designed to feel like a natural onsen. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy, with a relaxing lounge area and vending machines for drinks. There’s also a sauna and cold bath for a full spa experience. Towels, toiletries, and lockers are all provided, making it easy for travelers to drop by without bringing anything.

I enjoyed my stay here. Widest and most comfortable capsule ive ever stayed in. And you can access the sento pretty much 24hrs a day. Bed was uncomfortable but I understand budget accommodations require a compromise somewhere. Location is absolutely perfect and let's you enjoy the best parts of Sendai within walking distance. I would stay here again, but probably just for one night. The laundry machine left my cloths very damp despite two dry cycles; don't use them

Pretty great for the price. It is a pretty typical capsule hotel and is for men only. Pods were quite spacious even for a non-wide capsule. The padding for the bed was a little thin which made it hard to sleep. Temperature can also be an issue for some people as some may be too cold or too hot. Onsen was surprisingly nice considering this is a budget option. If you are traveling with a suitcase you’ll notice it’s a little inconvenient as there isn’t a good place to store your suitcase in a nearby area near your capsule.

Best capsule hotel I stayed at by far! Very good price for a perfect location. It’s literally in the middle of the city, 5 min from the station, right at the big shopping street of Sendai. The Onsen was amazing. The capsules are very modern, and have a spacious locker inside. (could fit my huge backpack in there) The staff were very kind and professional. Really helpful too. For a couple of 100 Yen you can leave your luggage after check out if you would like to explore the city a bit more. Highly recommended! Wished I could stay longer!

No tattoos allowed but they don't tell you until after you finish booking depending on the platform. First time I used a capsule hotel and it was of course not as good as a regular hotel room but heaps better than any hostel / guesthouse. You have your own capsule you can draw the curtain down on, a small lockable wardrobe, bathrobes, a TV with earphones, and control over the fan and lights. People were very considerate about noise. The check in/out machine is in Japanese only but the staff is kind and helps you with it. They will keep your backpack until check in. You have to put your shoes into a locker at the entrance. The onsen upstairs is good too, and the toilets and sinks are clean. The common room has tons of manga. Within walking distance of the main station and located inside the arcade so there are tons of options for everything around.
