5件The water is fresh from underground which is the reason why I am here. It’s quite crowded probably it’s a local favorite.
As a westerner visiting Japan, it's challenging to write a review on a place that doesn't exist in my country. That being said, I found this onsen comfortable and inviting. Once getting over the vulnerable feeling of stripping down in front of others, the hot spring was nice and hot (40°C) and is very relaxing after walking around sightseeing. The restaurant's offerings are nice and filling, and the rest area has manga you can read, or just have a quick nap. Would most definitely visit again if able to.
The onsen was nice, although each bath was very small, and crowded hours should be avoided. The aftermath of the onsen was not very good. Not enough reclining chairs for the number of customers, charging only available at hard wood benches, and wi-fi wouldn’t connect at all. It’s an option for people who are there for the bath and bath only.
A good supersento but a bit inconvenient to reach. A lot of rotenburos and a view into trees although de facto it’s in the middle of a very build up area
