Honestly one of the best capsule hotels I've been too. The spa and amenities offered were much better than many I have been too. Beds were a little thin and out of date but actually felt pretty good after a night's sleep. Welcoming and helpful staff in a generally clean and hospitable environment

Very accommodating host! The place was very clean, the amenities exceeded expectations (sauna, hot tub, cold tub, lounge area etc) I would definitely recommend this place! 🙌

Tried this capsule hotel for the first time and was really impressed. For only €18–20 a night, you get towels, pajamas, toothbrush, and razors included, plus access to a nice public bath and sauna. The location is super convenient, just a minute from the JR Yamanote Line and close to convenience stores. Perfect for solo travelers or anyone on a budget.

Any place with indoor smoking booths is an automatic red flag for me. Unfortunately, this location has them—two on the 8th floor lounge, with poor ventilation (just an open door), so the smoke drifts everywhere. Even outside, there were people smoking nearby. Check-in was on the 4th floor and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Shoe lockers are provided, but the wristband key system felt pointless—most of the larger storage lockers were broken. My original capsule assignment on the 5th floor reeked of smoke, which immediately triggered migraines. Thankfully, staff kindly moved me to the 4th floor, which smelled slightly better, and I appreciated their willingness to accommodate. Capsules include TVs, but one neighbor left theirs blasting all night at maximum volume. Bags and belongings were left scattered throughout common areas, adding to a sense of clutter. The showers and sauna are located on the 8th floor, but the cigarette smell there was so overwhelming that I avoided using them altogether. Overall, the staff deserve credit for their friendliness and for helping me change rooms. But between the cigarette-heavy environment, broken facilities, and inconsiderate capsule neighbors, the experience wasn’t restful or clean enough for me to recommend.

Abysmal service. They make you pay if you drop your locker keys after check-out time, even if you had already left your room before check-out time. They don’t care about whether you respected their business and the cleaning of the rooms. It’s a matter of principle. You give your keys after 10AM ? You pay. They won’t keep your luggage after check-out, even though they have a BUNCH of space and luggage and stuff lying everywhere on the different floors (hostel-style, so it’s a free mess). I wouldn’t go but if you still do, quick tip : the hotel is actually open access, so just leave your luggage and all your stuff somewhere on a floor and give your keys before 10AM. That way, you don’t have to pay anything, and you do have a place where to lay your stuff. Screw them. Quick notice : bathroom is an onsen-like room, so no privacy at all. And the capsules are old, the curtains are worn-out and see-through. Not much privacy there either.
