I was super sleep-deprived and needed a place to rest so I came here and asked for capsule hotel but the front desk lady turned me away, said something about MEN ONLY. So BEWARE... MEN ONLY.

What's the point of a capsule hotel if you don't have day use? My other hotel didn't have checkin until 3 pm and it was 9 am and I wanted to stay somewhere for 6 hours. This place said checkin isn't until 3 pm. Not useful. (Also the area doesn't feel safe)

Women can also stay in the hotel, and the large bathroom is for men only. The hotel has excellent facilities and is located close to the station. Rates are 4 000 yen per night including breakfast, and 3900 yen per night for capsule use. The hotel is popular and reservations are required. The large public baths feature Futamata radium hot springs, Hokkaido's hidden hot spring, as well as a sauna and a bedrock bath. Capsule rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is a choice of Japanese, Western or curry. It is an oasis in the city with excellent cosmetic value.

Bad service. Wasted our time.

It’s ok. The mattress and sheets had blood stain.
