9月に新しくできたジムです。池袋駅から近くてとても便利です。初めてのジムですが、スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で機械の使い方など優しく教えてくれます。平日の午後に利用することが多いですが、ほとんど混んでいないです。

The newly opened FE Gym Nishi Ikebukuro is impressive in every way. The staff are very friendly, and there’s no language barrier, which makes everything smooth and stress-free. All applications and procedures can be completed online, and entry is conveniently managed through facial recognition. The facilities and equipment are brand new and in excellent condition. Best of all, the gym is easily accessible from Ikebukuro Station, making it one of the most convenient and well-equipped gyms in the area.
While in Tokyo, I had the opportunity to try out several gyms in Ikebukuro, and this one is by far the best! The gym is super well equipped, with new, state-of-the-art machines! Go there with your eyes closed, it's the gym to go to in the Ikebukuro district. The staff are also very welcoming and extremely friendly, it was a real pleasure to train here
