The best gym I went to while in Japan! They offer rental clothes, swimwear, and shoes, which is super convenient for travelers. The equipment and weights were outstanding, and everything was exceptionally clean — the showers, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were all amazing. The trainers were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. I honestly can’t recommend this gym enough!

This is my latest gym. It is really nice -- wonderful locker and rental clothes provided with my company plan. They have a free weight area that is great for japan with a bench and dumbells etc. The pool is also really great and showers etc clean and cozy. The one thing I found interesting is there is ALOT of staff walking around or standing around, but when I asked for a spot to bench 110 kg and not kill myself they said no they can't do that unless they are hired as a trainer. Oh well, I get it.. i guess. Lol

Cozy, clean gym. This is the only gym that has 25m pool in Minato-ku. Also, wearing sports watches, such as Garmin ForeAthlete 935, is allowed in this pool! If you are a serious swimmer who likes taking exercise data while you are swimming, this gym is the one!

This gym in the heart of Roppongi have good machines and weights beyond 20kg. You don't need to carry your clothes as they will lend them to you. It has also a pool and a sauna and massage chairs. The only problem is that costs more than 20k a month but still my favorite gym in the area.
