Only stayed at the public bath for a couple of hours. The Onsen Is very nice with different baths and and outdoor one looking at the skyline. The relax area is very nice with extremely comfortable chairs were reading and taking naps. Perfect for a quick break before taking the train.

I am very pleased to have chosen APA Hotel Kanazawa Ekimae as my short stay for this trip. Upon arriving at 1030am in the morning, I was served by Shinde of which he was so polite in helping me to confirm my reservation as well as to help me to store my luggage. Despite language barrier, he was still able to communicate with me in English and I feel very welcome as a guest. Hope that his good service will be recognised as he is very enthusiastic! When I returned later in the afternoon, Kitamura helped me with the check in process and she was able to assist all my queries such as issuing my breakfast voucher for the next few days as well as helping me to make a reservation for dinner in the hotel. I feel very pleased to have encountered both Shinde and Kitamura. Hopefully the other visitors/ tourists will get to enjoy their warmth and great service when they visit Kanazawa. I accidentally booked a smoking room. My mistake. It smelled so badly that it sickening. The room was also quite dirty. The carpet had piles of hair in it and looked like it had never been vacuumed. The staff were apologetic and tried their best. We ended up leaving and booking another hotel just nearby that was much, much better for the same price. It’s only saving feature is the proximity to the train station.

Rooms on 4th floor were moldy Asked for a new room. Was put in another moldy room. It made my companion who was already recovering from jet lag very sick

The location couldn't be better. You would little get wet to get to the station, and vice versa. The space is limited in the room but considering the location and the nature of the accommodation, it was enough. A lovely, friendly staff member welcome me with a smile to accept my bags before check-in. Easy check-out system. The cleaning staff were polite. I like APA hotels.
