Reasonable for one night like 4,000yen included breakfast,but sleeping at sofa bed,uncomfortable for me.

The spa facilities are on the 9th floor of the mall. Everyone on staff are very professional, however English was limited and there seemed to be a lot of specific procedures. Try to just do what everyone else is doing I guess. There's three indoor pools, a steam room and a Japanese dry sauna. At the top of the hour two staffers entered the sauna and gave a speech and started ritual type activities to heat the room. It was cool to be the only foreigner. Not really a luxury experience but some thoughtful touches and clean, and unique for me.

I had jetlag and wasn't used to the time zone yet so I got up at 5AM and decided to check out the first 24/7 onsen (sento?) I could find. My first time ever in one. At first it was a bit hard to find, but after finding the correct elevator (it is on top floor) it was easy. The staff has a card with english guide and the staff even showed me where to go, what to do, etc. Okay price although not the cheapest as far as I know. Under 1 hour was cheaper and I think it was plenty.

3 baths: 1 carbonated spring said to relieve muscle tension and improve circulation, 1 warm water bath, and 1 cold water bath. Showers everywhere around the baths. Saw some staff giving people showers; I think it’s an extra service that you can opt for. Yomogi steam room uses a steamed yomogi, a type of Japanese medicinal herb, which you can smell in there. Bonatherm sauna was quite cool. There is a TV in there and every hour staff come in and perform roryu: pouring aromatic water over the sauna stone, producing aromatic steam (Jasmine when I was there), and then blowing that hot steam on the guests using a fan and hotel. It was quite hot and intense and I could only last 1 round. If you need a break from the baths, you can go to the restaurant and lounge, where they have reclining chairs and a good view. Directions: find the elevator in the shopping complex and go to the 9th floor. Take your shoes off after you enter and put them in a locker. Give the key to staff. 1 hour is for 2,350 Yen and more than 1 hour is 2,650 Yen. You don’t need to bring towels. They also provide you with a robe you can wear.
