松の湯 銭湯

A lovely Japanese style bath for the local community that also is open to foreign guests. The owner can speak English very well, signs are in English too. A great way to relax in the evening when the hotel has no Japanese bath.

My favorite sento in Kanazawa. The hot and cold baths are the perfect temperatures. Friendly staff. Tattoo friendly. And it's where all the cool locals go.

Modern and clean Sento, with a range of hot and cold baths, as well as relaxation area and very hot sauna. Staff was very friendly, and spoke very good English, making us feel very welcome.

I had the best time here! The front desk staff was literally the owners brother and he was so so so nice. He explained everything so well, made me feel so comfortable and I even bought a shirt there. I loved my experience and the sauna is petty fantastic too. I’ll be going back :)

I really wanted to give this place a good review because of the other comments I read. However, as soon as we walked in, the front desk staff seemed cold. They didn’t explain anything to us and seemed annoyed when we asked questions. Good thing I watched a ton of YouTube videos to learn onsen/sento etiquette. Would have been nice to feel welcome and to have someone explain the ropes. But yes they do allow tattoos and the facility is nice. Also, the locals using the facility are very friendly.
