Very disappointed with the shuttle driver near roten garden. I politely asked if the bus went to Ryusenji , and he snapped, “Can’t you read? It doesn’t say that name here, does it?” Rude and unnecessary—basic courtesy is needed.😩

Not the tranquil and zen experience you'd associate with onsen but this place is loads of fun! A giant day spa spanning four levels (five if you count the top panorama bathing deck!) with a manga library, computer kiosks, karaoke, cubby holes for quietly chilling out, and much more. Loads of bathing options and large outdoor pools. Don't know about food quality as I didn't try but wouldn't expect anything out of the ordinary. Water source is a natural spring unlike many smaller bathhouses nearby. Only gripe is the water had a distinct smell. I've been to onsen all across the country and haven't smelled this. Don't think it's the mineral content but the source is allegedly natural so maybe they are inserting something else into it??

Hot baths good. Facility clean. Staff is ok...not able to help foreigners. Massage staff ignores customers issues with likes and dislikes. No customer care. Not returning.

An Ok Spa, need a bit of renovation and some attention to the cleanness, but did the trick on the day I needed. I might not be back soon.

free shuttle bus from Hashimoto JR station, which takes about 10 minutes by bus. Nice hot springs and good place for the relaxation!
