Six stars if I could. Better than any hotel I’ve been to. I don’t understand how this place is only 2 stars, when it has a in-house restaurant, tatami area, sauna. It’s really well organized and feels authentically Japanese

Despite having stayed in capsule hotels many times, I did not expect to enjoy this place as much as I did. All the facilities are modern and very clean, and the quiet and peaceful interior contrasts the noisy and lively area outside. There are a couple of sauna rooms in addition to the bath, and there's also a restaurant/area to relax. It seems like there are a lot of local clientele in the evening, and the saunas sometimes felt a little crowded. The capsule was quiet and comfortable, and my only complaint would be that the lockers were too small and there wasn't much space to rummage through luggage.

Men only The place generally felt dishonest. Its a bit hard to see through the polite sugar coating. For some weird reason they dont loet you change your booking via booking.com. When I called on the phone they did very little to try to understand me or talk a bit english, even though I spoke a bit Japanese. They directed me to add one more night through a new booking which would require me to pay an extra cleaning fee, doubling the cost. There weren't any available on booking.com, so I had to go to expedia. They later saw my message on booking.com, and suddenly said there is availability on booking.com. I later found out, after checking in and staying three nights, that this is their method, even though there were at least 20 available beds, booking.com showed ZERO. Thats a terrible pre-checkin experience and customer service. About the place itslef: Great if you must find a place for the night and you have no other option. Its clean, and has the onsen which is nice. But other then that , I would definitely not stay there again more than one single night. There is no decent place to organize your stuff in needed, and they have some specific rules that take much of the apparent comfort. They do everything correctly, but expect for one super nice lady that was there part of the time, it did not feel welcoming at all. Lots of Sumimasen, with not a bit of intention behind it. I felt they don't really like foreigners (or people in general) but of course they cannot say it to your face. I do think its a nice spot if you only want to use the onsen to shower, and the restaurant also looks nice.

Really enjoyed staying here! Loved that they have a lovely onsen that you can use if you stay at the hotel. The facility is really cool, you use wristbands to unlock everything. The beds were surprisingly comfortable for a capsule hotel and the guests are all friendly and nice. Staff is super friendly as well! Location is amazing, just a couple minutes walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station. A bit annoying that the lockers were quite small, so you would have to check your carry-on luggages with the staff and need to retrieve anytime you wanted to grab something - but at least they were very quick! Overall really enjoyed the stay

Really enjoyed my stay. The beds were comfortable albeit very warm at night. Wasn’t too noisey and the spa attached made the stay much more enjoyable. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. If I return to Tokyo I will happily stay here again.
