5件I went there today around 4pm. There were lots of elderly women bathing. Unfortunately one, must have been incontinent, because there was fresh poo on the floor, that the other customers were trying desperately to wash down the drain. I was pretty shocked and revulsed and informed management upon leaving.

Very nice sento public bath, outside baths too and high quality indoor ones. Clean and well maintained
