サウナセンター 新大久保(男性専用施設)

Really nice sento in shin-okubo. The entry fee for 3 hours is bit high comparing with traditional sento, but totally worth it. You can enjoy everything here, including onsen, sauna and nice food and drinks. By the way, If you come to here at 9pm and go to sauna, there is chance you can experience Aufguss in sauna house. It is a wonderful experience especially when there are just few people.

Very standard sauna and room stay but cannot complain at all as the price is very low and the quality is still quite okay!

I had a pleasant visit to this sauna while I was in Tokyo. I made a few first time foreigner mistakes, but I enjoyed it. You take your street shoes off at the door BEFORE you step on the red carpet. There are shoe lockers in the lobby. You remove the key and hand it to the person behind the desk. I paid for a 3-hour visit. After you pay, you are given a key to a locker on the next floor. This is also where the steam room and sauna are located. Two towels (one big, one small) are inside the locker. They also provide some green pajamas but you will only need them if you go to one of the other floors. I did not. There are shelves near the entrance to the sauna door where you can leave your large towel. Bring the small one into the sauna to wipe your face with cold water. You enter the sauna area completely naked. Stop number one are the plastic stools. Think of this as a sit down shower. Soap and shampoo are provided. You should clean up thoroughly before you enter the hot bath, sauna, or steam room. Near the door to the steam and sauna there are rubber mats that you bring inside to sit on. When you are done with the mat, you put it in the lower bin so that it cab be washed before it gets used again.

Not a place to spend money. Bad behavior and customer service too.

Good place to have a night over, clean and nice bed. A little dated but cleanliness is okay. It is a 🌈 place.
