Very Dirty and Not Safe This is not a capsule hotel; it is a bathhouse with some beds added. Many people come and go throughout the day, creating a serious safety issue for guests. The luggage is left in an open area without any locks, further compromising security. The overall cleanliness of the space is unacceptable, and it is excessively noisy. Moreover, they play loud music for the bathhouse from 7 AM to midnight, which significantly affects the guests' quality of sleep.

Accommodation for men only. The private rooms were basic and the environment noisy, but the large bathrooms and relaxation rooms were well received. The capsule rooms are quiet and recommended. Prices are 3,500 yen for capsules and 4,000 yen for private rooms. Good location and close to Ameyoko, but private rooms offer little privacy and the noise of other guests is disturbing, so capsule rooms are best for peace and quiet.

To be honest I stayed here for an experience for content and I was quite surprised you get waaay more than what you pay for. The capsule is boiling hot and there’s a bunch of naked men everywhere but apart from that the staff are very helpful and friendly. I got moved to a premium room which is a lot better, the lounge area is cool the sauna and bathrooms are clean honestly you are getting what you pay for and then some.

Hotel extremely clean! Only wish they gave me a full size towel for the sauna rather than 2 hand towels You get what you pay for… The capsule was extremely hot at night… It’s good, everyone is quiet when everyone is trying to sleep.

Great that this place was available during 2019's typhoon #19 on short notice, but it was uncomfortable. I stayed in the non-smoking section, but throughout the day and night I felt like I was in an izakaya. My hair and clothes smelled like 2nd hand smoke . It didn't matter whether I took a shower or not. The smell lingered with me throughout the day on my clothes. The capsule itself was more or less spacious, but there was no ventilation at all. I had to leave my curtain open just to get some cool (smokey) air in my capsule as I slept. I realize this is a 1 star place with polite and respectful staff that sheltered me during a typhoon which I am thankful for, but as a place to stay normally, it was not that great even for a regular price of 2,500 yen per night (I paid 5,400 yen for the typhoon day). For a regular stay in Tokyo, I'd recommend dishing out the yen and booking at least a business hotel.
