Went for a lunch by Good Afternoon Cafe.We ordered the lunch pizza & lasagna & it was really good. Except for the stairs.I walk with a cane,so it’s a little bit hard for me & the chair too but overall,it was a cozy place.

A big, bright multi-floored shopping centre built atop Ikebukero Station. Squeaky clean and all sorts of shops, especially ladies' fashion. Excellent resteraunt floors on the top, some with all-you-can-eat system.

For foreign tourists who are looking for tax free purchase, avoid this store. They have only one staff handling all tax return customers. It’s super slow. Line is long. It’s about 50mins wait on a weekday. In comparison, it took me about 15mins to get tax returned in Tobu with a longer line(they had 4 staffs). Think again unless you absolutely need to purchase here. For the store owner, take care of your customers please.

Harbs Crepe/cake tastes good. A bit pricey. Was a bit chilly so no one else sat outside. Staff was nice. Always a line here. Had to wait 35minutes to sit down had 6 or 7 empty tables(outside). Other than slow service and the price is a nice place to be. I'd personally avoid Harbs unless... there's no wait time or a friend wants to go.
