The hot baths inside, a cold water plunge, and both a dry and wet sauna. I can vouch for a decent water fountain on the men's side. Can get busy on holidays and weekends. Restaurant is reliable, albeit expensive. Free cold mugicha. They often have a craft beer on tap, but serve it in such tiny plastic cups it is hardly worth it for 0.2 liter at 700 yen. There's melon soda with ice cream for the kids and a variety of food options. Evening in the bath outside is lovely. Love this place.

This sento sounds good however the behavior of customers had me thinking about the neighborhood as a foreign resident person. People seem to have their habits which is understandable and as a the only foreign person at the time I have felt discomfort from some male users. Unfriendly Eyesight contact While I was bathing and unfortunately when changing after the session somebody shouted while I was changing : « you smell bad. » Out of loud. I want to say that I cleaned my body before bathing and as usual I observed the rules with deep respect. I am a normal person who is used to onsen and sento. So my guess is I made the encounter of a xenophobic person who in plain clothing, before leaving the locker without facing me with a loud angry voice shouted this insult. I hurried to get dress up in the hope to confront him but of course he already left the place as he couldn’t assume is opinion. I gave a notice to the staff who barely care what I reported to them. In a correct Japanese language. I left asap. I might return. It wasn’t my first time. It was a little long time for me. It made me think that instead of avoiding the place I would rather come more on regularly basis. I feel it’s a way to tell xenophobic people : you don’t offend me. It’s not hurting at all.

A great indoor outdoor onsen experience. Lots of different onsen experiences, including hot and cold baths, bubbling, single person, cooling resting stone chairs, and salt saunas. Clean and well organized. Towels for rent. Free lockers. Food and drink are available inside.

Great Onsens experience for the whole family. We are repeaters for 10+ years. Each time they have leveled up their game ! This has inside 3 hot , 1 cold pool, 1 sauna, outside 5 hot pools, 1 mist sauna. A restaurant & upstairs a massage area, two relax rooms with lean chairs, comics, tv etc, an Este room for ladies, a fitness area, multiple relax areas, four saunas ( Ganbanyoku) There is a lot to explore. The guidance and signs are also well done. It starts outside from the designated parking areas for cars, bikes and bicycles, parking advisors etc. Pretty nifty services. One of the reasons what makes Japan what it is today.

Quaint little neighborhood onsen, 10-15 minute walk from Hana-Koganei station. Had a lot of people for a weekday morning, but still enjoyed my bath. Love the outdoor baths and the bubble jets indoors. Charges extra for towel rentals and staff doesn’t speak English haha.
