Great place to stay, cheap, close to Ueno park, easy to get to Tokyo centre, 7/11 really close, Beds a comfortable, no too noisy had ear plugs and had no problems falling asleep

When I arrive was late night and there was no lift if you carry heavy luggage like I did when I enter at around 9 pm there was no one in the reception and when we check our capsule hotels, Room was super dirty and have some bugs. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you appreciate a minimum requirement of cleaning .

Visiting Japan on a budget, this is great. A few minutes walk to Ueno park and shopping. Close to train stations that can bring you or take you to either area airport or anywhere else in Tokyo. There are lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. But keep in mind this is a no frills place. You get a bed, pillow, and covers. And acess to toilet and shower and comon area. Mixed on 3f girls only on 4f

Location is unbeatable. Room is small but acceptable due to central location. No luggage storage. No noise from outside but there are noises by capsule mates, so really depends on who is staying. For example, someone's alarm clock has been running for forever maybe since 4.30am, maybe the intention is to wake everyone up to go sightseeing together. Someone talking on the phone at 5.20am. Another issue is the check-in pin number took very long to come that I thought I was going to sleep on street that night. Chatting on agoda is non responsive.

Depends on who's staying... There will usually be quite noisy with people packing and talking. Bring earplugs. Really nice area, 15 mins walking from Akihabara and all the main stations. Towels are almost always unavailable... Depends on roommates. No noises from surrounding entertainment district surprisingly.
