Hotel Livemax Premium is a good and comfortable place to stay. The facilities are complete, and the room is clean, just like most hotels in Japan which always maintain high cleanliness standards. The check-in and check-out process is self-service using a machine, which makes it fast and efficient. It’s very convenient, especially if you prefer a quick and simple process. The best part is the location. It is very close to Nagano Station, which makes it very easy to travel around the city. The access is very convenient if you want to explore Nagano. Overall, it’s a nice and practical hotel for your stay in Nagano.

The hotels in a great location for the Nagano train and exploring the area. It's very clean as others have said. The rooms are pretty small. Double bed is rock hard and very very small. A western single isn't much smaller. We're not fat at all and felt a bit tight in it. They won't give you extra pillows so you have to make do with 1 wafer thin pillow each. The onsen is nice but often crowded and parents staying here seem to allow their kids to run wild. Including in the onsen.... The biggest issue for me is the soundproofing, a hotels primary job is to provide a good night sleep. I could hear people snoring in rooms around me and that low rumble isn't helped by ear plugs. And then the kids again jumping around at 5am... Other places I've stayed in Japan I didn't even need the ear plugs. Here I needed more. If it was cheap I'd let this slide but at ¥35000 per night it's not good enough. The staff are friendly but hampered by hotel policy of "give them nothing other than what's in the room". I would stay elsewhere next time.

The room size was decent even for our family of 4 (with 2 teenagers and luggage!) in the twin room. Super convenient just a short walk from JR Nagano station (elevator at end of bridge to help with luggage). During Christmas there’s a mini Christmas market at the park near Komeda Coffee, which is a wonderful place for breakfast!

Five stars for this hotel for its warm hospitality and the proactiveness of the staff. I had dropped off a suitcase before check-in with a broken wheel, and they proactively fixed it as best as they could with adhesive tape, which I really appreciated. Thank you very much!

The services is great their give us an amenities without we ask for it even though we just stay for 3 days 2 nights, the room was great they have small fridge, microwave, and small electric kettle. With thoose of tools we can make an instant ramen and heat up the frozen food from seven eleven below the hotels. The receptionist also try to speak english very well, and she very helpful when we do a check in. All was perfect in the same place, the budget, the ambience, the surroundings, superb place, 10 out of 10 ⭐️⭐️✨✨✨
