特にプールを目当てに入会しようとしている方はご注意。やたらとアクティビティの類をぎゅうぎゅう詰めこんでいるため常時混雑していて、レーンを自由に使うには時間帯やタイミングをかなり工夫する必要があります。見学時に案内してくれるスタッフは大体普通に使えますと説明するのですが、大嘘です。体感としては市民プール相当です。 利用客のマナーもそれなりに悪いですね。プールに浸かったまま泳がず延々雑談するおっさんとか…。少なくとも「エグゼクティブのためのフィットネス」では全然ないです。やはり都心でその名に恥じない施設にするのは、入会金120万以下では無理。 ただしマシンが一杯で使えないことはまずなさそうです。スタッフの態度が悪いなんてことも全然ありません。みんな礼儀正しいですよ。施設もまあ清潔です。ヨガやストレッチ用のマットは非常に狭苦しく（ここまで狭いストレッチフロアをもつジムは初めて見ました）、つねに利用者でひしめき合っています。

I went from far away but it was closed for maintenance. Even though I visited their website beforehand to check if they were doing maintenance, the only thing I found was august closure (we are in July). I would appreciate if up to date information was on the website. Moreover, there is a real problem in temperature settings as the locker room is too hot in winter and too cold in summer. Finally, the staff is not very knowledgeable about neither fitness nor basic physic, which is a shame considering the membership price we have to pay.

The best sport club in Tokyo. Clean area not much peaple, new machines and friendly staff..

Classy, warm, and engaging. We’ll be back for sure. Nice to see what èsforta is capable of when they want to get everything just right. Pool could be deeper. That is the only thing I could possibly think to improve. Cheers!

Facilities were okay but the staff made racist comments. There are much better and cheaper options available in the area.
